1. Appointments and Cancellations
- You may book appointments for our services through our website, mobile application, or by contacting us directly.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in a $75.00 cancellation fee and a restriction on booking any future appointments until the fee is paid.
2. Payments and Refunds
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment specified on our website or mobile application.
- All products and services sales are final and non-refundable. By booking an appointment with Rosemary Hair Spa or purchasing products you agree to our no refund policy and authorize the payment charge at the end of your service.
Chargeback Policy - By booking an appointment or purchasing products from Rosemary Hair Spa, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Once services have been rendered or products have been received you waive the right dispute or initiate a chargeback with your financial institution. Any attempt to reverse payment after receiving products or services will be considered fraudulent and prusued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Conduct and Safety
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
- Please follow our spa rules and guidelines for your safety and the safety of others.
- Any inappropriate behavior or misconduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
4. Liability
- We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our Services.
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims arising out of your use of our Services.
5. Changes to Services
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.
