Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
There is a 25 minute tardy/late grace period before cancellation fee.
There will be an additional fee for excessive amount of dirt, dandruff, product buildup, detangling, density, texture, and length.
